Amy Phillips, LMSW
As an experienced clinician, Amy is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families discover strengths, solutions, and motivation for growth. Her goal is to help clients increase contentment in relationships, work, and life—and most importantly, build a stronger sense of self-worth.
Amy takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices.
Through a collaborative and empathetic process, she works with clients to explore patterns and beliefs shaped by their past and present experiences, identify what may be holding them back, and develop practical strategies for lasting change.
Her areas of experience include working with military families, couples, teens, parents, and individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Amy is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and comfortable space for all clients.
She believes therapy can be a transformative journey toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment—and looks forward to walking alongside you on that path.
