I proudly run the practice alongside my wife of 23 years, Sasha Chapek, LSCSW.
Jennifer Raymo, LMSW
Jennifer is a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting service members, veterans, and individuals who have experienced sexual trauma.
Her approach is holistic and strength-based, rooted in the belief that true healing involves the mind–body connection. Jennifer integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients access inner resources and create meaningful momentum toward their goals.
Amy Phillips, LMSW
As an experienced clinician, Amy is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families discover strengths, solutions, and motivation for growth. Her goal is to help clients increase contentment in relationships, work, and life—and most importantly, build a stronger sense of self-worth.
Amy takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices.
Lauren Meléndez Reyes, LMSW
A bilingual therapist (English/Spanish), Lauren is passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, perfectionism, attachment challenges, cultural stress, and family or relationship conflicts.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in respect for each client’s story. She utilizes evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients strengthen coping skills, access resilience, and move toward the life they want.
Shelly Kurth, LSCSW
Shelly has over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. She works primarily with adults (18+) and has a special passion for supporting veterans and active-duty service members, older adults, and those navigating life transitions, caregiving, and identity exploration.
Her approach is eclectic and integrative, drawing from various evidence-based modalities and tailored to each client’s goals. Sherry believes healing is holistic by tending to the mind, body, and spirit as one.
Stacy Bain, LPC-T
Stacy strives to create a space where healing, self-connection, and personal acknowledgment can flourish. Her goal is for each session to feel safe, validating, and empowering as clients explore their goals, challenges, and areas for growth. Using a client-centered, holistic approach informed by a variety of therapeutic modalities, she tailors each session to meet clients’ evolving needs, embracing the natural ebb and flow of the healing process.
She works with individuals ages 16 and older in both individual and group settings, offering sessions in person and virtually.
Aurora Juarez, LMSW
Aurora works with clients of all ages and backgrounds, primarily children, adolescents, and young adults. She walks alongside clients as they discover new paths toward personal growth and well-being.
Her therapeutic style is strengths-based and client-centered, focused on empowering each person to achieve their goals. Aurora provides a safe, calm, culturally sensitive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can share their stories and challenges authentically.
Rayna Fisher, LPC
Rayna is a licensed therapist with a passion for supporting individuals ages 5 and up, specializing in autism, trauma, and working with the LGBTQ+ community. With a warm, compassionate, and affirming approach, Rayna creates a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their personal experiences without judgment. She is committed to fostering growth and resilience by tailoring her therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Sasha Chapek, LSCSW
Sasha is the co-owner of Level: Wellness • Mind, which she operates alongside her husband of 23 years, Shane. At the end of May, she will transition from her long-standing role at a local high school—where she has served for nearly two decades—into a more active leadership role at Level: Wellness • Mind, helping Shane in overseeing its four locations in Wichita, Topeka, and Lawrence.
Idalia Gomez, LMSW-T
Idalia Gomez is a proud Texas native who has called Kansas home for over a decade. She is a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, who earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wichita State University and her Master of Social Work from Newman University.
Her clinical experience includes work with the City of Wichita Housing Authority in partnership with the Wichita Police Department’s Homeless Outreach Team, as well as the Robert J. Dole VA Hospital—where she gained valuable experience serving diverse and resilient populations.
